Il dott. Frankenstein e il suo mostro sono ancora vivi, e non morti come si credeva. Il dott. Frankenstein vorrebbe liberarsi della terribile creatura, fino a quando un scienziato pazzo, il dott. Pretorius rapisce sua moglie. Il dott. Frankenstein accetta allora di aiutarlo a creare una nuova creatura di sesso femminile, come compagna del mostro.
